SPOILERS up to update 3/5/2017*

Its hard to tell at the moment and with Dongtae already being in a relationship its very unlikely as we see in one part of the comic he does talk with his old self and he sees how much of a fool he was being for doing that type of stuff for her and that hes already in a relationship and shouldnt go after her. But then we see during his newest fight that he ends up saving her not only in it but in other ones and other characters even question how he still feels about her. Its honestly 50/50 on if they get together and with her finally being knocked out of her destroy the dice coma and getting some actual sense knocked into her that she isnt such a bad ass and can die she may even be willing to follow with Dongtaes plan to collect Dicers to fight X. So That could lead to a change in her decisions leading to them possibly getting together but as i said before he is still in a relationship and there hasnt been any problems with it at all throughout the comic and if anything they even had some comics of just their relationship as almost filler which could show the makers want you to accept that pairing or they want you to get close to the pairing and break your heart when they leave eachother who knows. Its impossible to tell at the moment and wont be able to be said until it happens or the comic ends if you think it should why not read fanfiction of it online or just go on tumblr and talk about how much of a great pair they would be and how it should be canon. Dongtae and Eunju will never be coupled.

Dongtae has mixed feelings for Eunju as of Season 3, but in Season 4 and a couple episodes before that they are acquaintances and allies (yes, I read the Korean counterpart). They never get together. IN Season 4 Dongtae and Mio are dating and are together, but Dongtae still appears to have emotions for Eunju.

It's a big question since Dontae is with Mio but he thinks they have broken up due to the tournament and Eunju right now is with Taebin and she asks if he ever liked her when he first said "yes" when she asked him out. But Taebin asks the same thing but about her feelings for Dongtae. Either way, I hope there would be two endings if Dongtae ends up with Eunju or Mio.
